I have a couple really exciting things to share … finally! LOL
~~~***~~~
First, I have written 8,063 words in the last three days. I’m incredibly proud and happy. I’m not sure why I’ve been so productive and I have no idea how long it will last, but I’m celebrating it just the same! <3
Next, I have made the decision to put all three Pride & Prejudice & Racecars books in Kindle Unlimited for at least one term. (affiliate link) Beyond that, I don’t know what I’ll do with it.
Book four has been put on hold. I’ve focused too much on Mary and Declan and need to read it through and figure out how to break it all up. This is one of the problems with sharing a book as I write it … sometimes, I mess things up and have to fix them, and readers get frustrated and confused. Trust me, I am too!
By the time book four is ready to go, I should have made a decision about keeping the series permanently in Kindle Unlimited or taking it wide again. I have no idea when I will finish the book. I’d like it to be in April, but I won’t know until then.
There will be five books in the series. The overarching story arc of the Bennets and Liz will need to be resolved, and I do have a plot bunny for the book involving Will. In my heart, I’d love the series to go longer, but interest is clearly not there for the majority of my readers. I do not have a timeline at this point for completion of book five. It frankly depends on how the rest of my books go.
Sunday is Daytona Day! <3 I got some royalties in the bank today, so I transferred them to my personal account so I can go buy groceries. I intend to have Touchdown Taco Dip (a Pampered Chef recipe I got years ago) and perhaps some crockpot chocolate cherry dump cake.
Will you be watching the Daytona 500 this weekend? Do you have or attend a party celebrating it? Feel free to leave me a comment to tell me about it!
