Welcome to (or back to) Austen Promises! Below are my news and updates for this week. Enjoy!

Happy Friday! I actually have a bit of writing news this week! Hang on to your hat …

I didn’t get a lot of writing done … only about 1300 words so far this week … but I did do some editing on the story. I had made some mistakes that had to be fixed before I can move on. This story is the one currently posting on Patreon.

I have added all three race books to Kindle Unlimited. You can check them out here.

I currently have a book in a Kobo promotion. Kobo readers can purchase Darcy’s Surprise Betrothal for 40% off with code FEBSALE. You can find the book, as well as books by Bella Breen and Leenie Brown at this link.

I am in the process of reformatting Matches Made at Netherfield, and giving it a new print cover. I made a new eBook cover for it last year (I think), but am now taking time to spiffy up the print, as well. Both eBook and print copy will also get updated back matter, and I’ll make a large print version, as well.
I plan to slowly update all of my books this way, beginning with the ones I have made new eBook covers for. I’ve given myself four to six weeks per book to complete the project, and hope to have all my backlist books redone by the end of the year.

I don’t really have any personal news today. Martin Truex, Jr. did not finish on Sunday, and Ryan Newman in the 6 car had a horrific crash. He was hospitalized for a couple days but was released on Wednesday or Thursday. That’s a testament to how well NASCAR has been committed to driver safety. This is the worst accident since Dale Earnhardt, Sr. died in 2001. He was in everyone’s thoughts as we waited for word. Ryan’s accident was just one day shy of the anniversary of Dale’s and we all feared the worst. If it had happened twenty years ago, Ryan would have died, instead of walking out of the hospital holding his kids’ hands two days later.
How has your week been? Got a lot done? Did something fun or fabulous? Feel free to leave a comment below and share with me! I love to hear from my readers! <3
